Morpheus8® is a fractional skin treatment that combines Microneedling with Radio Frequency technology to stimulate collagen production of the underlying layers of the skin. By targeting the subdermal tissue, the building blocks will reorganise themselves in a natural anti-ageing process.

How Does Morpheus8® Work?
A course of 1-3 treatments at 4-6 week intervals with Morpheus8® can smooth, sculpt and rejuvenate your appearance. Morpheus8® most commonly treated areas include the lower face and neck. Areas of the face and body that exhibit wrinkles, discolouration or acne scarring are suitable for treatment.
The Morpheus8® microneedles can go deeper than any Radio Frequency microneedling device on the market to date. It has been FDA approved as a treatment to reduce fine lines and wrinkles, improve skin tone and texture, tighten areas of skin laxity on the face and improve scarring such as acne scars.
You may feel a pinching or burning sensation when the treatment is being administered. However, a topical anaesthetic cream will be used to make the treatment more comfortable for you.
It is recommended to have 1-3 sessions, 4-6 weeks apart. Visible results can be seen within a few days after the treatment , but typically after 3 weeks the most noticeable results appear as the process of collagen and elastin production to tighten the area naturally take a few weeks to complete. Improvements continue up to 3 months after treatment.
There are some injection related reactions which may occur after any injection; they typically resolve spontaneously within a few days. These reactions include redness, swelling, pain, itching, bruising or tenderness at the treatment site. Small bumps may appear on the face immediately after the treatment, but these will subside within 2-24 hours, like any other form of microneedling treatment.
Avoid touching and applying any cream or makeup on the treated areas for 12 hours. After that, patients should moisturise and use SPF 50+ on the treatment area and avoid direct sun exposure. Make-up can be applied 1 to 2 days after the treatment.
